Hi aspirant, since you have got 70 percentile in you JEE mains exam Paper 2 so according your percentile you rank will be somewhere upto approx 50K-100k so according to your rank range for Paper 2 you may not get any NIT but you may have some chances for GFTI's

NIOS is a government recognized board which comes under the MHRD of Indian government. Students graduated from NIOS are equally eligible as the CBSE or any other board students. Civil services exam requires only a graduation degree from a recognized university and therefore you very well are eligible.

To become an IAS officer you need to clear UPSC.

First of all you cannot do graduation from NIOS

This is because,

NIOS is an open school so it offers only education upto 12th.
