I don't think there are any course namely for IAS. You can pursue any subject you want as you need to have a graduation degree only. Now the IAS is entirely dependent on the preparation. So if you can prepare well the coursework doesn't matter. If you see the syllabus

Unfortunately we don't offer any course for the preparation of UPSC civil services examination/ IAS exam.

Coming to fee,

It depends on the coaching Institute you want to join, the place where it is located etc. But yes, it cost you anywhere around 50,000 - 2 lakh for 1
