There are no official notifications regarding any mark on the body. So you are eligible for the examination as well as to join for IAS. If the mark is natural burn then no problem but if its a tatoo or something like then there can be some problem.

After 10th,you have to complete your class 11th and 12th  with any group but I think HEC (History Economics Civics) will be useful.

After completion of class 12th,you have to complete your graduation (Any degree).

Hey,

Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) is an undergraduate degree of about five years duration.  It's not mandatory that you need to do your further studies if you want to practice.

People do further post graduation to gain specialisation in the relevant medical field as MBBS only
