No, you are not eligible for UPSC 2023 examination.

This is because,

For st category, upper age limit is 37 years old as on 1st of August of the year of filling the form i. e means to be eligible you should not be more than 37 years old

My advice to you would be that as of now your daughter Ananya is too young to even be thinking about the preparation.
