if I pursue BBA LLB(5yr course) can I attend UPSC after 3yrs after getting my BBA degree while still in college?

BBA LLB is a full time undergraduate degree having the combination of management with law, if you're pursuing this course then only after five years of academic study you will become graduate, hence you can either appear for UPSC in the final year of graduation that is 5th year

According to UPSC, the upper age limit for general candidates should not cross 32 years on the 1st of August of the year of examination.

The minimum age to appear for UPSC IAS is 21 years as of August 1 in the year of application and the maximum age limit is 32 years as of August 1 in the year of application. Age relaxation is provided for the candidates belonging to the reserved category.
