I have caste certificate but no caste validity certificate can I still apply for my reservation in UPSC CSE examination?

No, if you join bsc in 2022, you won't be eligible for UPSC 2024 , rather you will become eligible for upsc in 2025

Firstly I want to tell you that there is no any restriction from the college side if you want to prepare for any competitive exam like Union Public Service Commission or any other exam along with your college studies. You just have to manage both the things wisely.

Sir,I have Applied for Upsc Medical officer in june2020,and got EWS cirtificate dated june2020,for financial year 2019-20.Exam was on 2020 December.At the time of interview on 2021 December they asked for Ews of 2020-21.But I got for the year2021-22,as its already 2022 January.Will it be considered?

See the EWS certificate when asked is for the session when you are applying or its consecutive year. Now as your interview needs to have you the EWS certificate of the Financial year 2020-21, then you have to submit as it is applicable for the time period when you are
