Yes, you can definitely join coaching or start your preparation for upsc from 1st year of graduation itself but you can give upsc examination after graduation only as to he eligible you should be a graduate in any discipline and 21- 32 years old .You can check upsc eligibility

If you're born on December 2005 then you will attain 21 years as on December of 2026, however you won't be eligible for UPSC Civil Service Examination 2026, the reason being as per the age criteria ,candidates need to attain 21 years as on 1st August of the appearing

Though final.year students are eligible but you are still 20 years old thus not eligible.

I believe youre referring to wrong UPSC Examinations. UPSC is the Commission which conducts multiple Examinations. One of them is UPSC Civil Services Examination, which you may prepare for besides targetting other entrance exams like State PCS and many others.
