Yes you can give the UPSC interview in Kannada. Kannada is included in the 8th schedule of the Indian constitution. Therefore, this language is allowed for the UPSC interview. You can exercise the medium of Personality Test while filling your DAF. But it won't be of any additional advantage

You will be attaining  or have attained 32 years this august (since you haven't mentioned the date) hence if you belong to general category then you won't be eligible for UPSC 2022, however if you belong to reserved categories then there is age relaxation offered such as five years
