To be eligible for UPSC civil services you need to complete you graduation from any recognized university or institute. If you choose the stream of Bachelor of Arts (BA) then you will find great help with the course as mostly part are same in the syllabus of UPSC

There is no guideline that you can use your EWS certificate dated on 16th march 2021. UPSC has asked for EWS cerificate based on financial year 2019-2020 but it should dated on or before 1st August 2019. In that prospect you can't use your EWS certificate if you
