CRL means common rank list. On the basis of CRL the distribution of elected seats are distributed. Seats are not allotted for distributed according to category rank list. The seats are allotted on the basis of all India rank which is based on  all India quota and state quota rank. Aapsi UPcet means Uttar Pradesh combined entrance test taken for AKTU, MMMTU of Lucknow UG and PG technologies and engineering courses seats are selected. Action is based on the common rank list not in the category list. At first the seats are distributed on the CRL rank and then the individual category reservation seats are alloted in Uttar Pradesh combined entrance test that is UPcet.
