So you have scored 37.78 percentile in jee, according to me you can definitly participate in UPCTET councelling but i don't think you will be able to get  any college, but you can just give a try. I think you should fill IPU form, their you can get a good college.

See it is little bit difficult to predict rank from marks because you rank depends on various factors such as number of candidates qualified in the paper, difficulty level of paper, and so on. But however based on previous year's data if you are scoring 144 marks in general category and belongs yo Uttar Pradesh then you rank is expected to be in the range of 90001 - 105000.

1. If you belong to the State of UP, then you should select UPGE which stands for Uttar Pradesh General Category.
2. If you belong to Other State and General Category, you should select OSGE which stands for Other State General Category
3. If you belong to UP and EWS, then you should select UPGE-EWS which stands for Uttar Pradesh General Category EWS.
4. Under the Sub Category, chose Not Applicable, if you do not have any Freedom Fighter/PWD/Armed forces reservation.
