For a General rank of 267 , you appear to have a strong rank for MBA counselling. However, the fee-waiver (TFW) seat is not guaranteed solely by rank ; it depends on the current counselling rules, TFW eligibility, seat availability and category.

As per your BCGL rank you can definitely get IET Lucknow as the closing rank for 1st and 2nd round pervious year were 198 and 297 respectively.
