Spot Counselling

1. This round shall be held after completion of the admission process, only for the purpose of filling up vacancies, if any.

2. After completion of all rounds of online counselling ‘Spot Counselling’ shall be done offline. All eligible candidates desirous of participating in the “Spot Counselling” shall

There are only 5% seats in each branch which are fee waiver seats in every college of UPTU. To ensure the fee waiver seat you must carry your original income certificate (certificate number 12) with its online verification to the counselling centre at the time of counselling.

You can check UPSEE website to see previous year's ranking for college's intake for students taking admission via counselling.

Generally, for HBTI Kanpur.. general rank ranges from 1~300 for different courses.

While to opt in any other courses.. you still need a rank < 700~1000 with or without any quota.
