Based on your rank, it is very difficult for you to get most of the government colleges as there are very few government colleges in U.P. and they get filled at a higher rank. However, you do have a chance in a few government colleges like:
You can also get most of the private colleges like Raj Kumar Goel Instt. of Technology, Ghaziabad; Jaipuria Institute Of Management, Ghaziabad; Greater Noida Institute of Technology etc.
The procedure for counselling is that you need to visit your allocated centres along with your documents for document verification, then you need to fill in your college choices based on which seats will be allotted as per your preference. Later for which you need to submit your fees and report to college.

As you will be knowing that UPSEE MBA counselling is conducted by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (APJAKTU).
And the procedure begins after the declaration of results.
NOTE:
Successful aspirants will be called for the counselling of UPSEE MBA according to their merit/performance in the exam
*UPSEE MBA Counselling Procedure will most probably begin in the last week of June and several rounds of counselling will continue until the end of July.
