i am choosing physiotherapy as career...after completing my bpt course in india...i dontt want to do mpt...can i go kuwait or usa for a job as fresher after bpt...without any experiance ??...

Maryam Sara 18th Aug, 2021

Hello Rutika,

Bachelor of Physiotherapy has a lot of scope in abroad.

Countries like Abu Dhabi, Germany, Dubai, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA , etc. have a lot of scope.

These countries not only have scope but also very high competition.

So before applying to these countries Indians must have a Master's degree.

In Western countries like UK, USA, Germany have a licensure exam and you can go there only after you have cleared the respective exams.

You also need to clear IELTS and GRE exams.

HOPE THIS HELPS

after getting good score in neet can I study in USA or UK with fully funded scholarship . if possible then what are the required documents?

anirudha vats 5th Jul, 2021

Hi,

Neet scores are not valid in USA or UK for admission in medical courses. Again both the countries have different process of medical education.

1. In USA, students are supposed to complete their undergraduate degree with pre medicine track in whatever major they wish to and then sit for MCAT and qualify the exam to get into the medical school for MD program.

2. In UK, students can do MBBS as the program is available there but have different criteria for admission and a different exam to be given by students to take admission.

I hope this helps.

All the best.

I have to crack only USMLE exam to becoming a doctor in usa from India or I have to crack some other exam also.

Ananya Krishnan 13th Aug, 2021

Hello,

Yes, you only need to crack the USMLE which is a 3 part exam. If you are planning to do your MBBS in India and then move out, then you have 2 options to practice medicine in the US.

1.You can give the USMLE 1 and USMLE 2 from India since it is an online exam and then get Visa to complete USMLE 3 which is the Residency in US.

2.You can enroll for a Master’s program in the US to get a student Visa. You can prepare for USMLE 3 while completing your Masters. Once you have cleared USMLE Step 3, you can apply for residency in the hospitals.

Im an indin citizen...Id completed my 12th and I want to pursue pre med in usa for that I need to get a secial permission to give mcat exam?

anirudha vats 5th Jul, 2021

Hi,

Since you have completed high school in India and now you plan to pursue medical studies in USA, you need to first enroll yourself in an undergraduate program of whichever major you wish but preferably related to biological sciences along with the pre medicine track. Once you are done with four years of undergraduate degree course, you can give MCAT to get admission in medical schools for MD program.

I hope this helps.

All the best.

I want to do my masters abroad in USA. to increase my chances of getting admission into a good us University. which college should I go to for btech not including IIT?

Abhishek Roy 3rd Jul, 2021

Ideally any good Central, State Engineering College or Private College/University is good enough for providing you a strong level of engineering education, to effectively trigger an interest in the relevant domain of engineering and research. However, you need a Good GRE and English Proficiency Score as well as satisfy other criteria and have a strong profile.

hi, I want to do engineering from USA. Im 20 years old, I did my 12th in science PCM, but right now doing ba in arts, I have doubt whether I can pursue bsc or btech from usa after getting graduated from arts fields? mi eligible? if yes how can I go for it? what is upper age limit?

Ananya Krishnan 11th Aug, 2021

Hello, yes you can do a bachelor in engineering in the US. Your Bachelor in arts degree won't affect your admission process as you will be accepted on the basis of your 11th and 12th marks, SAT and IELTS score. These two tests are conducted yearly and you can easily apply for them online. SAT will test your qualitative, quantitative, logical reasoning, verbal and non verbal skills. IELTS will test your English proficiency.

You need to have a minimum 3.0 GPA in your 12th ,along with that you need to have some extra curricular activities and letter of recommendations from your teachers/if you have interned at a firm or organization as well which will make you stand out from the rest. Some colleges in America also need you to submit an essay along with your admission application and transcripts as to why you want to pursue a course in XYZ college so make sure you check it up online accordingly.

All the best!

Is 4-year bachelors degree + 2-year masters degree of USA equivalent to 3-year bachelors degree + 1-year masters degree in UK

anirudha vats 4th Jul, 2021

Hi,

The Bachelor degree in India and United Kingdom is for three years and that in USA is for four years. Both the degrees are considered equivalent and both the degrees are same as similar number of credits are covered in the coursework. As far as master degree is considered, the one year master degree of UK is not considered valid in many countries including India where you will have to do another master to be considered a master degree holder. Similarly USA also has such implications.

I hope this helps.

All the best.

what to do when u want to be ca in usa?

Niranjana 30th Jun, 2021

Hello,

When you become a CA, you have a lot of possibilities in India and even outside of it. Some of the possibilities that arise are:

  • Applying for a job in the United States. To get this, you'll need the right connections and network. However, if you are chosen, the firm will cover all of your visa and travel expenses. In practise, this will take some time, but having a CPA degree on your resume will increase your prospects.
  • Joining a US-based company or an Indian consulting firm in India that specialises in projects in the United States would make you a regular flier to the United States. Bain & Company, BCG, and others are examples of such firms. And, if you've gained expertise and built a network in the United States, finding a full-time job there won't be difficult.
  • Joining the Big Four and accepting a one- to three-year secondment to the United States is possible, but finding and waiting for the appropriate profile might take time. My friends have gone on secondments to the UK and other countries, but only after 2–3 years of experience. In this case, your profile is also important. Foreign projects and travel are part of consulting, risk advisory, forensic, and M&A.

It can be summarized as simple two-step procedure

  • You need to do US CPA (the highest level of accounting accreditation in the United States)
  • Try for a secondment / job with the Big 4s or US-based CPA firms / MNCs.

Hope it helped

Thank you

If doing masters in USA is my priority. Is going to top private colleges necessary or will any state college be good enough?

Aman Mishra 24th Jun, 2021

Hello,

As seeing your interest of doing masters from abroad, which is actually a good decision because the scope of getting a best jobs increases as well as you get best possible knowledge about your field. Now talking about the college which you should choose is like you can definitely go with the good colleges providing a great excellence in your field because for going to abroad you have to first give different exams depending upon your choices, so that is what matters more because your marks in it decides which best colleges you can get for your higher studies in abroad. So your main focus should be that.
