yaa obviously ,after diploma stright away you have to come to b.tech only right but its depend on your rank , if you are going to university like gitam ,srm then you have to do for 4 years
Of course, you can take lateral entry admission in civil engineering but you will have to fulfill the eligibilityconditions.
