Yes, if you are registered with the state bar council, you can practice law before clearing AIBE . However, in such a case, you will have to clear AIBE within two years from the date of registration at the state bar council. Since you have mentioned that you have cleared LLB in 1996, then it is not compulsory for you to give AIBE.

In the State Bar Council Meeting, the Bar Council passed a resolution that the "Right to practice" exam, popularly known as AIBE, is no more mandatory for the lawyers registering themselves in any state of the country.

Furthermore, the eligibility criteria to give AIBE Exam is as mentioned below : Candidates should hold 3 years or 5 years LL. B. degree from a BCI recognized law school. One should note that there is no minimum percentage to qualify in the examination in order to register for the AIBE exam.

The admission to law colleges is on the basis on various law entrance exams such as CLAT, DUET, DULLB, PUCET and other exams for various law colleges. Keeping in mind your specifications it appears that you have already done your graduation and want to appear for LLB exams. The only criterion for appearing for these exams is graduation requirement. In that case DU Faculty of Law is the premier institute for law. These exams have already been conducted this years, so please keep a check in the months of June- August next year.

Utkal University offers B pharma course which is a 4 year ug program divided into 6 semesters. Students must go through ojee entrance examination in order to get selected in the course. Utkal University offers a very promising placement drive. Big companies like INFOSYS , TATA etc select students from this course.

The eligibility criteria for general catagory student - minimum 50% marks in 10+2

Eligibility criteria for sc/st/other reserved catagory students - minimum 45% marks in 10+2

Here is the previous year cut off ranks

General : 1- 14060

OBC : 14059- 14909

Sc/st : 14240 - 61231

Considering last year cutoffs there is a chance that you might get into this course.

Whether or not you are eligible for admission depends on the college or university you are applying for.

But according to me, most colleges will accept the 10+2 certificate equivalent if only if it is provided by a government-identified institute.
