It depends on your rank, according to my sources if your rank is approx.17000 then you can vourses in HBTU like CSE ,ECE,EE,CIVIL etc.but 91 percentile,your rank would be around 1 lakh ,so you may not get HBTU ,you can go for other institutions ,in the link i had found
