Sir I have done BA from Uttar Pradesh Rajrshi Tondon Open University in 2017 and University is NAAC B+ .Is my degree valid for govt job.

Satakshi 23rd Feb, 2024

Advantage-NAAC higher grade is only until you pass out. A higher grade attracts good companies to visit institute for campus placements. A higher grade also indicates that institute is perhaps good in academics, research and placement and attracts prospective students. As a student, you would get to be in the company of merited students in your class. You could get good faculty and enabling academic infrastructure. However, once you leave the college for a new destination, no one will ask whether your college was NAAC A or B grade. Hence, cheer up

Question : Which of the following is a disadvantage of external recruitment?

Option 1: Increased training costs

Option 2: Limited pool of candidates

Option 3: Lack of fresh perspectives

Option 4: Internal conflicts

Team Careers360 14th Jan, 2024

Correct Answer: Increased training costs

Solution : The correct answer is (a) Increased training costs.

External recruitment is the process of hiring new employees from outside the company. This can be a more expensive process than internal recruitment, as the company will need to pay for advertising, recruiting agencies, and training for the new employee.

Limited pool of candidates, lack of fresh perspectives, and internal conflicts are all disadvantages of internal recruitment, not external recruitment.

i am yadav category if my obc certificate in uttar Pradesh but i will be cleared 10 th and 12th boards in Maharashtra than uttar pradesh obc certificate is eligible for neet form

Tanya Gupta 10th Jan, 2024

Hello,

Yes, your OBC certificate which is issued in Uttar Pradesh is generally valid for NEET application. It doesn’t matter where you completed your education. It is valid even if you completed your 10th and 12th in Maharashtra provided it is per the OBC NCL format prescribed by NTA and is issued by authorities, such as District Magistrate, Extra Assistant Commissioner, Chief Presidency Magistrate, Revenue Officer (Tehsildar rank or above), or Sub-Divisional Officer.

It is valid for NEET UP and All India counselling but not accepted for Maharashtra state counselling and for that you require a specific Maharashtra OBC-NCL certificate.

I hope this helps,

Thank you
