Hello,

If you want admission in Government Polytechnic Lucknow through JEECUP then being a SC candidate, you should aim to score 70-74 marks to be in safe side. This is based on previous year cutoff and it changes every year. Eitherways you must try to score 75+ marks.

I hope this helps.

can we do btech computer science engineering through jeecup need answer immediately

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 18th Jan, 2021

Hi

No, you cannot get admission in any BTech course through jeecup examination.

This is because,

JEECUP i. e Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Exam for Polytechnic  is the state level entrance exam in Uttar Pradesh  which is conducted  to offer admission  in diploma courses of :-
*Engineering,
*Technology
*Management

So, you can get admission  in diploma in engineering courses but not BTech in engineering courses through jeecup.

You can get detailed information about the jeecup by visiting our page the link for the same is provided below

https://engineering.careers360.com/exams/jeecup

If you are interested in pursuing BTech then you can go for any  of the following entrance examinations :-

* JEE mains
*West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam (WBJEE)
*Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test i. e BITSAT
*SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Exam (SRMJEEE)

If the payment has occurred from your side and your bank account and have not reached the college side it might have happened money is deducted from your side and not reached other side then you should contact your bank they will see into this matter and initiate the refund. i got 1731 rank in jeecup in group k2 which college can i get

arpan00002 28th Oct, 2020

Hello aspirant,

You got 1731 rank in jeecup in group k2. You asked for the colleges you may get a seat.

Now, see, your rank is very good. One should be with less than 5000 rank to get a government seat in jeecup polytechnic colleges. So, with your 1.7k rank, you will get government seat easily. You may get top government colleges in polytechnic.

All the best  !!

:)

sir Mai Jeecup 2020 ka exam Dhiya thaa to mujhe govt. polytechnic Lucknow college Mila hai. 3000 rupay jama Ho chuke hain sir mere pas T. C. CC. nahin hai sir hame ye pata Karna hai ki college me admision Kab tak honge.

Subhrajit Mukherjee 15th Oct, 2020

If you have submitted 3000 to the college as a admission fee then you are now admitted to the college for the course you have selected.

Now this phase is called Provisional Period. In this period after submission of the fee you get admitted but it gets confirm after the offline verification of the documents in the college. So when you will be notified for the offline verification , at that time you will be needed to have TC , CC along with result , residential documents etc by which they will check that all the info's you have provided are correct or not.

So at this moment , you need nothing to be tensed about. For frequent updates , do keep a eye on the official website.

I hope this answer helps you. Have a great day!

Sir mujhe jeecup me 39 rank mili he but mai apna college change krna chahta hu. eske liye floating and freezing ka option hai. kya ap en options ke bare me bata skte hai

Tarreni Behera 1st Nov, 2020

Dear Aspirant,

You have earned yourself a wonderful rank in Jeecup entrance exam. At this great rank of yours, you can be part of the best institute of the state and pursue graduation in your favorite stream.  Therefore, you have taken a good initiative of closely monitoring your chances of enrollment in a better college.

Coming to your query of freezing and floating options in the process, the answer is rather quite simple. By freezing, you can permanently lock your option of college in the desired stream as your final choice. Once you have freezed your option, there is no way for you to change that option of yours. By Floating, you have kept your options open i.e. you have chances of upgradation from the locked choice to the above choice. This depends on the vacancy of seats available in those branches of such Institutes that are above the choice of yours that you have received.

I hope you have understand the concept of both the terms. If you want to compare colleges and see for yourself which Institute is best for you in this scenario, all you need to do is to just click on this link:-
