YES, there will be a 4th round counselling for UPSEE but however in that round no choice filling will be done. Rather it wil be a direct allotment of the remaining seats. I have provided below the details about 4th round counselling -

The TC is not must while you are physically reporting in the alloted college through the counselling.

After physical report .to join in the alloted college you are required to submit all the original certificates and your TC is must there
