The counselling is done on the basis of the categories. The seats are reserved for all the categories in upsee. So don't worry the counselling will take you as the aspirant of the respective category you belong to.

You are talking about the acronym BCNO and All India rank. Here is some details you need to know :

BCNO:It is OBC category with no other sub category

BCGL: OBC girl

BCAF: an OBC candidate with armed force as the sub category

All India Rank is basically

Rank given for bcno in upsee site is all India rank or obc rank

For the seat allocation process firstly your general rank is considered if you are unable to get the seat through your general rank then your category rank is used to determine whether you will be able to get a seat or not in the specified college. Depending on your rank

Hi aspirant, in my opinion, it will be difficult for him to get good government colleges with this rank. I think he should apply separately for private colleges like United Institute of Technology Prayagraj and many more.
