          Document verification is always done physically and thus it cannot be done online. Therefore yes you have to go to respective reporting centre for your document verification.

Yes you can surely add more colleges in counselling choice once your round 1 results come. But you can lock only one choice where you want admission. If you want to wait for other rounds also then you have to float the college you got in first round.
