For your kind information students belonging to other states than home state need to show/present/upload the domicile certificate in Counselling as well as at the time admission. So as you do not belong to Uttar Pradesh so you have to get your Domicile Certificate as soon as possible.

it would be better to meet personally to your intermediate institute and enquiry them. I think they will help you out better that you have to show your mark sheets or they will provide another marksheet where all the subjects are enlisted. they can tell that accurately.

It may not be possible to accept the  supplementary mark sheets. You have to get your original mark sheet which specifies that your marks in every subject and says that you have cleared it with a good grade.

As per the UPSEE brochure,supplementary exam is not acceptable there.You have to pass 12th exam clearly from any recognised board ,clearly means without any grace.so this year you are not eligilble for upsee counselling.For more detail please check the link below.
