Your rankk in UPSEE is quite high for getting admission in Government Colleges of UPTU. One needs to have a rank around 5000 inn order to get admission in  governmentt college. Getting CS is then impossible. But I ssuggest you to look for some top private engineering colleges

Congratulations on Getting good Rank. Yes You have Good chances of Getting Into IET Lucknow. But the main problem is stream as mostly Cutoff for CSE/IT are higher and if its Okay For You To go With Core Branches or any other branches then Yes You can Get
