From next year there will be no UPSEE exam, instead of it admission will be done on the basis of JEE Mains score, hence the eligibility criteria of JEE Mains will be followed accordingly which is passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects

Yes of course if you have withdrawn your application from UPSEE Counselling earlier in round 1 or Round 2 then also you can register directly either for Round 5 or Round 6. Note that in while registering again for Round 5 or 6 you need to make online

• Freeze: This option has to be selected if the candidate is satisfied with his/her allotted seat and wishes to confirm it.

• Float: If the candidate is not satisfied with his/her allotted seat and wishes to upgrade it in the next counselling

The cut-off of any College is depend on many factor like student who appear for exam, the number of students who appear for counselling , number of seats in college. So the cut-off is not going to change drastically . And offcourse there is also a reservation factor
