Infrastructure is good and facilities are better with proper experimental laboratories and equipments.

Faculty is average , not so good but far better than private institutes.

Your score in UPSEE is not that bad for 161 you can get seat not in reputed college but you can get seat but I'll suggest you to look out for some private college which have ur field of interest so keep that as backup option.
