As 244 is average mark in UPTU which will get you something 30k around. (2k positive or negative that depends on cutoff).

If you get admitted in college's  of Uttar Pradesh two things are required; 

• You should have to passed 12th from Uttar Pradesh. 
• OR,  If you passed 12th from any other state then it's necessary that you should have domicile of  uttar Pradesh state.

Hi Kapil, nowadays even many private colleges have shifted to JEE mains score for admission purposes. 

Since you haven't mentioned your branch of preference, I haven't included any such filter in my list.

last years cutoff moved in between 1k-2k. since your rank is 7k, it will be extremely hard to get in bundelkhand university as it is the top University in UP which offers biotech. so sorry to inform you.
