Hi buddy, since have visited both the colleges and i have friends in both colleges i will advise you to go for psit kanpur. It is better than rama university in almost all perspectives but final decision is yours so make a good choice. Good luck.

I think your friend's general rank will be around 75000. It may vary depending on the difficulty level of the paper. With this rank, it's very difficult to get a good govt college. I suggest he applies for private colleges separately.
