You can't get fee waiver with your rank in UPSEE. You need to secure a rank up to 100 to avail fee waiver.

I would opt for cse in Dr. Ambedkar institute of technology. Firstly the placement there is better and more for the stream because choosing a good stream is very necessary. Although choosing stream depends solely on your interest but cse has a different demand.
