Yes you can get in Institute of engineering and technology but may not be Computer science branch as the cutoff/closing rank for CSE was 29 and even it varies this year t won't cross 100.
So better to look for other branches like:-

Yes you can get a seat in these private university but you wont get a seat in CSE as there cutoff is very high but since you have a quota you can possibly get CSE also but for other branches like IT,ME you can get a good
