TO get an government college your rank must be below 1K. this is the only way to keep yourself secured.

as you said you have category i.e. reservations then you will get an good rank.

Anyway your rank will say you will get a government college or not.

Assuming that you belong to the general category, and since you are under the benefit of falling in the sub category for girls, you might easily get admission in IET, Lucknow in the civil branch as it had the opening rank of 1814 and the closing rank was 2672

as per your rank in upsee is 3304 i hope so you will get admission in kamla nehru institute of technology  in 2 to 4 round as per cutoff in knit for 1 round is 1326

As far as my knowledge your chances to get CS branch in iet Lucknow are less. Other than that you  can get any other college .

You should go for counselling may be you get Your desired branch in iet Lucknow.

Thanks for your query. At a rank of 2700 it is quite difficult to get IET lucknow. Actually, The GL rank is considered nowhere, they just provide you for the sake of it. None of the UPSEE colleges cosider the GL rank only the GN rank is considered,
