The level of UPSEE is not fix. It varies by year .UPSEE aspirants will always be in advantage because there is no negative marking in UPSEE. ,

Level of  UPSEE is somewhat higher than BITSAT and lower than JEE Main.

Reading NCERT and doing regular Mains questions is enough
