In order to predict your rank and colleges you might get through UPSEE, I need to know your 12th PCM percentage. Untill and unless I know your 12th PCM percentage, I cannot predict anything correctly. Therefore I would suggest you to calculate the rank yourself at the following

the exam eccepted by BHU are as follows-

No UPSEE is not connected to JEE MAINS.

Yes, they have centres only in Maharashtra.
As of 2018, MH-CET was only allowed to be given in centres around Maharashtra state. It wasn't anywhere else in India.
It is different from UPSEE in that context.
Even the top colleges require domicile for admission.
