and there is no age limit.

BHU doesn't take admission through UPSEE.

the exam eccepted by BHU are as follows-

CAT, NEET, NEET PG, NEET MDS, BHU PG Medical, AMU Entrance test B.A L.L.B, AMU Entrance Test M.C.A, AP EAMCET B.Sc., BVP CET L.L.B, BHU UET, BHU UET B.A and many more

There are many Universities in Uttar Pradesh Private as well as Government...So first of all you have to decide in which type of University you have to take Admission..If you are going for Private then there are different rules and regulations as per University..

Yes, they have centres only in Maharashtra.

As of 2018, MH-CET was only allowed to be given in centres around Maharashtra state. It wasn't anywhere else in India.

It is different from UPSEE in that context. 

Even the top colleges require domicile for admission.
