Yes there will be spot round in upsee.

SPOT ROUND will be conducted after the declaration of result. after all the rounds has been done , then the spot round will be conducted which is done in offline mode.

you can apply for one and submit the application at the time of counselling instead

also speak to your counselling advisor for the same as they will know if this is accepted

Generally when alloted any seat then you have to report at RC and at that time you pay the fee and selected float or slide or freeze option.

If you did not reported then your seat was cancelled.
