Yes,you will. If you are allotted any seat, you won’t get any refund. The money is transferred to the allotted college directly and If you aren’t allotted any seat, then I don’t think the refund process would take time because everything is online.
As per the last year cutoffs and counseling process rounds you have scored well for the admission process rounds so you can apply in selected institutions like government as well as private. Good luck
It depends on college,mostly the hostel fee is paid along with the college fee.
