You can fees through Demand Draft mode in your respective college. Currently, Most of college don't take fee through digital mode so it is difficult to pay online. The most safe way to pay your fees is demand draft mode. kindly contact your college for DD details.

If I talk about placement, surely IT is better as there are a lot of private jobs. but if you want an option of government jobs as well, ECE is surely a better option. Infrastructure is similar in both branches.
