If you are allotted any seat, you won’t get any refund. The money is transferred to the allotted college directly and If you aren’t allotted any seat, then I don’t think the refund process would take time because everything is online.

Once you have paid registration fees along with freezed the choice for branch and college,you will called for allotment and then after allotment and document verification finally you will get admission.
yes, you may participation and choose new choice without agin registration.
No you will not be able to participate again in uptu counselling. You can participate only once.
