See, if you are alloted a new seat in 2nd round then the seat alloted in 1st round will be of NO USE.
But if you aren't alloted any new seat in 2nd round then your seat in ROUND 1 will be retained.

Please try to find out the reason for no allotment of college.
It probably means that you opted for colleges which have their closing ranks which are lesser than the rank you obtained.
You can go for the second round of counselling.
