If you pay for the first round and not take admission in the alloted college then you need to repeat the complete procedure again and then choose some good college under UPSEE.there are basically three rounds in which you can seperately fill for allotment of you dont get

Please visit the alloted college as soon as possible and secure your admission there. Please carry your original documents like 10th & 12th marksheet, Migration Certificates, AADHAR Card etc to make your admission final.

For UPSEE Counselling, the fees is paid once only. You can take part in many counselling rounds until and unless your admission is confirmed in a college.

you can change the choices of colleges at the time of filling the preferences,once you have filled it and submitted you cant change it so make right choices and choose carefully.
