you have got good marks there are any chances to get intoa government college , so keep trying hope you will get for sure

Amity university (lucknow  and noida ) is better in bio tech than others because b.sc and b.tech and integrated means all degree you get here .IIEIT ,Gorakhpur is also provide b.tech in bio tech.

your seat remain with you till you are not getting new upgarded seat  If you are allotted new seat in next round then cancelled autometic previous seat. If your seaout is not upgraded in next round then remain seat with you finally.
