No u have no chance to get IET college, it's AKTU top college.U must have General rank under 2000 since counselling in based on general rank & only give few margin for OBC category…..as fr general category ,the rank must be under 1700.

if you have got top ranks then you can get a seat in top colleges in the general quota itself. but if you are getting a huge rank , then your BC girls category rank is effective in getting you a seat in a better college .

With a rank of 93045 in UPSEEE it is really hard to get a government college seat.
You can apply for private colleges which accepts UPSEEE ranks.
