Sorry to inform you but this rank is not good enough to secure admission in any government college of AKTU. For Government college, Your rank must be below 4000 in UPSEE. You can only go for private college of AKTU.

Yes you can get admission in KITE with this rank without any problem but I fear you might not be able to get the core branches as their cutoffs are usually higher if you wait for further rounds of counseling you might be able to have an up gradation of
