4. Indraprastha Engineering College, Ghaziabad.

if this is your category rank, you can get only lower branches at top five government government colleges. you also have other good branch options at lower government colleges.

Thanks for approaching us. As per previous year's counseling tremds it is hard to get CSE at AKTU for a rank of 27823.

But you can try for other branches.

you will surely get government college and you can choose branch according to your interest. however CS is hard to get in government college.
