30000 rank is not very good to get a good college through upsee. As upsee have few good colleges so you need your rank around 2 to 3k. CSE is a very demanding branch now these days so its difficult to get a good college with this rank. try for

According to my knowledge you can not get the seat in top 5 NIT colleges for 55 marks you need atleast 140 marks in BC-A category .Better try for other colleges
