IILM just a very normal college in Greater Noida. You can take admission directly through the management seat.If you are taking admission through UPSEE then whatever is your rank it doesn't matter, you just have to qualify the UPSEE.

I am sorry but these marks are not sufficient to get a govt college , but you may get a reputed private college through these marks and also as you fakk in sc category.
To answer this question, it would be preferable to know what your goals are.
If you are corporate job oriented, an MBA is a good option. A B.Com degree doesn't garuntee a good employment opportunity in India. An MBA would help you enhance your skills, knowledge and make you employable.
For CSE ABES engineering collage is best.on second and 3 rd position are Gaglotia collage not university and Gl Bajaj.and than KIET.
If you belong to ghaziabad:
1. ABES engineering collage
2. KIET
If you belong to G Noida:
1 Gagotia engineering collage
2. GL Bajaj
if you had a girls quota through sc then it was possible for you to get a govt college but it is not possible to get a govt college with this marks .
