As per your rank in UPSEE and category, there are very less chances that you get a good government college. You can consider private colleges in UP like:
*Hindustan Institute of Technology & Management, Agra
*Dr. K.N. Modi Institute of Engg. & Technology, Ghaziabad
*Saroj Institute Of Tech.

Your ranking isn't that good however you have OBC quota therefore there are chances for your selection but it can't be guaranteed.
I would suggest you to wait for the counselling sessions and also keep some second options available with you.

You have to score 440+ marks in UPSEE to get admission in JSS Noida as per your preferred branch. However, if you get rank up to 7000 in UPSEE then too, You will get admission in JSS Noida but not as per your preference.
