UPSEE-  You should have passed the qualifying exam without grace with minimum 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST Category candidates)

As of now, there is nothing announced for UPTU application form 2018 but  tentatively it should be released in the third week of January 2018. To know more about the same, you can go through the below link-

Since you have done your 10+2 from Maharashtra and you want to appear in UPSEE, your parents domicile (father or mother) will be considered at the time of document verification. 
In case, your parents do not have a domicile of UP, then also you can take up the UPSEE

Yes, if you perform well in UPSEE exam you can get admission in colleges which are under UPSEE.

First, you should check whether you are eligible for NITs/IITs/IIITs anf CFTIs.

 

According, to the eligibility criteria you should have 75% marks in your board exam or you should be in top 20 percentile.
