anyone know the timings when upsee will announce first round counselling results

The first round of UPSEE 2017 seat allocation was conducted on June 29.

The second round of seat allocation will be held on July 9, 2017. Candidates can fill and lock their choices for Round 2 till July 7.

Yes, it will definitely affect the seat allotment. For example, you will now be considered for only those seats that are available after the 1st round of counselling.

There are 6 government institutes, 5 self-financed govt aided colleges, in addition 300 odd private colleges that are participating institutes of UPSEE, conducted by AKTU.
